The 40th Istanbul Regional Backgammon Championship took place from July 10–12, 2026, in Istanbul, Türkiye, organized under the Worldwide Backgammon Federation (WBF) Türkiye framework. Simon Kennedy Rose of the United Kingdom won the premier Main Event title.
