There are many good backgammon books available at any local bookstore. If you have at least a basic knowledge of the game you should have no problem with this version.

 To play this version will require that you have either a EGA or VGA graphics card and a Microsoft compatible mouse. 

NEW WITH THIS VERSION:

 Now supports colors. Select the color menu and change individual colors by clicking in the menu box. (NOTE: Until you register you will be able to change colors but not save your changes).

 You can now save your default values for , # of players, level, sound, and help. These now init. to sound off, help off, level 1, 2 players. (NOTE: Until you register you will be able to change these defaults but not save your changes).

 Level 3 added. If you have been winning all the time in level 2 give Level 3 a try. ( Remember a lot depends on the throw of the dice. No matter how good you are, if you don't get the throws you don't win)

 You can now move 2 men at a time when you throw doubles. Use the RIGHT MOUSE BUTTON instead of the LEFT.
